Instructions:

  • Prepare the shrimp – Wash and devein the shrimp, leaving the shells on for taste. Pat dry and lay aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until brown and aromatic.
  • Add the shrimp – Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they begin to turn orange.
  • Season the dish: Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to coat the prawns evenly.
